Which subscription plan should I choose?
Choose Essential if your website content rarely changes and you just need reliable hosting. Choose Premium if you regularly update products, services, prices, or content and want hands-free management.
What counts as “changes” on the Premium plan?
Text updates, image swaps, adding new sections, updating prices, or any content modifications. 3 hours per month covers most regular business updates. Major redesigns are quoted separately.
What if I need changes beyond my plan's included hours?
Additional changes on both Essential and Premium plans are available at £30 per hour (minimum 1 hour). This applies to work beyond the 3 monthly hours included in Premium, or any changes needed on the Essential plan.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes! You can upgrade from Essential to Premium anytime. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
Who owns what?
You own: All content you provide (text, images, logos, videos) and any original content created specifically for your business.
I retain ownership of: The website code, design systems, and underlying technical infrastructure.
If you cancel your subscription, I'll provide a copy of the website code and assets for you to host elsewhere. The notice period works as follows: If you're billed on the 21st of each month and submit notice on the 22nd of January, your final payment will be due on 21st April, and service continues until that date. You remain responsible for all payments during the notice period. Provision of the code may be subject to payment of any outstanding fees or an agreed transfer fee. Until transfer, I retain control over the code, repository, and hosting environment.
How long does it take to build?
Most websites are completed within 2-4 weeks from signing the agreement and receiving your content. The exact timeline will be agreed upon in your contract and depends on content availability and your feedback during the design phase.
How many revisions are included?
During the initial design phase, you're entitled to a set number of revision rounds (specified in your contract). This ensures you're completely happy with the design before launch. Additional revisions beyond what's included may incur charges at £30 per hour.
What if I need more than 5 pages?
Additional pages can be added at £30 per hour. Most additional pages take 1-2 hours to create.
Are payments refundable?
Payments are non-refundable once work has started. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time with two full months' notice.
Can you showcase my website in your portfolio?
Yes, I may showcase your project in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing. This helps me demonstrate my work to potential clients.
